Our golf carts are powered by electricity, making them a great eco-friendly choice. By opting for our electric carts, you can easily explore Samara and the surrounding areas while keeping your carbon footprint to a minimum. Plus, with zero emissions, you're playing a part in keeping the environment cleaner and greener!
The top speed of our golf carts is 25 miles per hour. It's important to always follow posted speed limits and traffic signs to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride. This speed allows for a safe and easy driving experience for everyone.
You can drive the golf cart on most public roads in Samara. They're great for getting around town or exploring local attractions. The golf carts cannot cross the rivers, please stick to the gravel roads. Please be aware that there's a law prohibiting the operation of vehicles, including golf carts, on the beach. By respecting this rule, you'll be helping to save the turtles and preserve our beautiful beach areas! Also, please pay attention to posted signage.
In Costa Rica, golf carts are classified just like cars, so all the same rules apply. We encourage you to follow these regulations and enjoy the stunning beaches on foot or by using other allowed forms of transportation.
Charging our golf carts is simple. Each cart comes with a charging cable that plugs into any standard 110V electrical outlet. To charge, just connect the cable to the cart and plug it into the outlet. It typically takes 6-8 hours to reach a full charge, depending on the battery level. We recommend charging the cart overnight or whenever it's not in use, so it's ready to go when you are!
It is the renter's responsibility to charge the golf cart and to return it fully charged at the end of the rental period.
If the golf cart is returned without being fully charged, there is a $40 fee to cover the charging cost. This helps us ensure the cart is ready for the next guest. Since drop-off times are usually early in the day, most people can charge the cart overnight without any issues. However, if you’re unable to charge it beforehand, you can drop off the cart 4 hours earlier than your scheduled time, and we’ll take care of the charging for you.
If you encounter any issues with the golf cart, just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Whether it's a mechanical problem, a flat tire, or any other concern, we’ll work quickly to resolve it so you can get back to enjoying your time in Samara. Our goal is to make sure your experience is as smooth and hassle-free as possible!
