We rented a cart from Troy during our recent trip to Samara. We were a little nervous to drive when we got here but Troy made use feel very safe and comfortable. He gave us some very good tips and had excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. He was available for our entire trip and answered questions quickly! We felt very comfortable working with him and highly recommended renting a cart if you are visiting Samara. It was much easier to drive and park than a car. Thank you Troy!

We had so much fun touring around Samara in our Howler Cart! It made life so much easier with kids and loading up all our stuff for the beach. Troy was easy to deal with, dropped off the cart to our front door and the carts worked great. We will be renting from Howler Carts next time we’re down - Pura Vida!

Rented 2 golf carts from Howler Carts and it was the best idea of our two week vacation in Samara. The owner,Troy, was on top of his game. Clean carts delivered early and was always checking in on us to see how we and the carts were doing. Everything was perfect, start to finish! We even ended up fishing one day together. Cool dude.
